As of today, I am officially the proud aunt of two soldiers and one marine. My oldest brother and his sweet wife (my childhood friend) have three beautiful children and all three now serve our great country. I am grateful for a family with strong American roots and ecstatic for the opportunities these young adults will have presented to them. I don't like words like deploy or war and I pray God's safety on our country and our families. I celebrate what they have accomplished and all that they are becoming. This We'll Defend. Semper Fi.
